"Seriously lacking a lot. Most of my images/videos have not backed up so what is the point of having 1000gb storage. I've looked in ALL FILES & over 16k files but still most of my images/videos missing. They're on my phone just not in the cloud. It also does not sort very well either. All out of sync. UPDATE: sent info u requested & no help given yet. Why can't we reset our information so we can redo a full backup. Or why can't we put a date & it backs up from that date onward. Pls, pls fix."
